There is work being done on this building which is great but they dump the trash in the yard and leave it there for days, it's spreading through the neighborhood via wind and adds to the trashy feeling of my street/ neighborhood. I don't think it's legal to use your front yard as a trash dump, would very much appreciate someone addressing this with the people working upstairs
