We were not asking to have tickets issued.
We were asking the City to reconize that this ATM is a PUBLIC NUISANCE AND A SAFTY HAZARD!!
#1 people using this ATM are blocking the public sidewalk!
#2 people are jaywalking to use it!
#3 when people park in the RED ZONE they are also PARKED IN A TRAFFIC LANE!!
#4 people are flipping U-TURNS in front of the ATM!!!
There is a large crack in the curb and gutter that needs to be repaired.
THAT ATM NEEDS TO BE MOVED!!!!
