There is junk dumped under the overpass. This problem needs a permanent resolution not a band aid. We signage of the penalties for dumping, bright lights on the street with cameras focused on these areas and we need the police and city to enforce their authority to end this problem. Perhaps the city should have a quarterly cleanup for residence to dump unwanted items to cleanup this town. All the trash around the freeways needs to be cleanup as well.
