Sharraxaadda

Large amount of illegal dumping on railroad tracks, between 121 Seaview Ct and 277 El Sendero. North of Kaiser Hospital and north of the Y (split) in the railroad tracks. Near the fence fire a few months ago. More and more items getting dumped here since it is out of sight and away from any and all cross streets. Please help!
