This photo is from 1 yr ago. I took another today that shows the exact same problem. From Aug-May, during the Touro school year, the street is often completely parked up when the sweeper is scheduled, due to the high number of students renting on the island. This photo was taken at 8am. If the sweeper was scheduled in the mid-day perhaps, there’d be a lot fewer cars in the streets. Worst case scenario, post some notification signs that have consequences for failure to move vehicles. As it stands now, the current practice is a waste of time and resources.
