These are the same culprits that are riding on the Bay Trail tearing up the terrain, leaving ruts and contributing to erosion. Drive by any day of the week on Jordan Street and Pueblo Way and you will see these kids racing around. They also give rides to toddlers without even caring enough to put helmets on them.
