Description
New Owner could not complete a New Owner Application online, as SeeClickFix will recognize the address, however an error message pulls up in red under the "Confirm Location" button which states "Location is outside of service area".
- Advised new homeowner would take his name, email and manually email him a New Owner Application (Fillable PDF) to be completed and emailed back to dpwsupport@shrewsburyma.gov once complete and we will manually update the Utility Billing account for this address, once received.
- Advised the previous seller's name on the account as of today, as no final bill was requested for this account, in which W&S Division would require the buyer's information in order to issue a final bill, however that the W&S Division does require the New Owner Application to be completed and the request received in writing.
