Description

North side of house and vacant lot has become dump site for construction material, old tires, etc.

House itself appears to be falling down/dangerous.

2 months later and none of the dumped material has been cleaned out.

L&I notice appears to be partially ripped down.

Abandoned home no longer appears secure (boarding on side of the house has been removed) and is risk for squatters/scrappers
