After reading this post last night and walking home past Phoebes, there were two cars parked in the bike lane with no drivers and no flashers. I was waiting for someone and watched a PPA employee check all cars for time limit on the other side of the road, then look at the two cars in the bike lane and keep walking. They are either being told not to enforce this or have some type of agreement. They had no problems ticketing the car parked in a legal space that was over time limit, but did not even ask Phoebes to move the cars (multiple UNATTENDED).
There are lots of reports of blocked bike lanes and I don't even ride to work typically, but this is getting out of control. Who can this be escalated to and how can these LAWS be enforced?
What happens to these complaints? Who does this go to? Obviously someone isn't going to stand out there every night, but it's still occurring literally every time I walk by between 430-6pm every night.
