Constant trash on this block. Trash cans full of trash that the trash collectors forget to remove that sit on this block all week. Also, trash that is thrown out next to the Big Belly Trash cans on both sides of this block. See photo

This is an issue every week. There is always garbage bags, shoes, you name it, all around the garbage can. In the summer it stinks and makes the neighborhood look like a dump. Start going through this trash and fining people! This has been going on for years!!!!
