Light was flickering on and off. It is now working normally. PG&E came out to fix power issues with 112 and 118 Pajaro where the houses where only getting half power. They located and fixed the issue as cut wires when the light pole accross the street was replaced (the new pole was installed, but the fixture is not yet installed). When they fixed this issue the light pole above started working properly.
