They don't speak English, or claim they don't, and they don't abide by proper work hours. They will not only work (IT IS AN EXTREMELY LOUD, CONSTANT NOISE, BANGING, DRILLING, ETC.) during the day, but then they also work into the night. They work ALL DAY on Sundays, which is not allowed. When asked to see their working papers, they do not have the correct paperwork or even any paperwork to even be working on this house. We fear not only will they continue performing construction during non-work hours, but that they are illegally doing so on this residential property.
