The city of Philadelphia pa has been patching this street over past 20 years , we have terrible pavements leak into basements, entire street has cracks that lead to bigger patches. Neighbors has been billed $5000, while new developers sites are repaired and paved same day, we the Committee of 500 block Titan street 19147, request same street work that neighboring streets have been getting , we are pleading to community organizations, churches , committee person 2 Ward 3 rd division, Republican and democratic parties , engineers I believe are aware, 1st congressional, district, 2 Nd city council district, and any concerned persons, Philadelphia police department , Pa. State representative as well .
