First the unauthorized unsightly rear wall on League Street. Now unwanted food oder on our streets and in our homes, unacceptable.

This is unacceptable. How many people are going to get away with building code and zoning violations? Our street is not a landfill.

We need a way to hold variance applicants to their promises. Under the current system, all an applicant needs to do is agree to whatever the neighborhood asks and then break those agreements whenever convenient.

The only official means of redress I can find is 311 (connected to L&I). There is no direct ZBA contact. Looks to me like social media is the best way of generating attention.

This site is trying to close the issue since it's been open for 43 days. I haven't noticed any smell coming from the establishment but it is certainly an eye-sore and as stated, a large deviation from the proposed plan.

We haven't noticed anything either. Anybody know whether we risk losing the right to protest the illegal construction after a certain period of time?

It seems like we can protest all we want, no one is in power to do anything about it.
