A Frontier Truck license plate 750S397 Tan color, was driving with his tailgate down dumping his trash up and down our street and he dumped this. He also had tires he was going to dump. I called the police. He also dumped at Mimi Dr at the park. He also went up the hill on College Drive and was dumping up there as well.
