Not sure if this has to do with flooding or not It's a lot of water.

This tap is running at a high rate and it’s stuck and can’t be turned off.

This tree has been blocking 24th street for close to 2 weeks!! Its creating traffic craziness as people are diverted around it. Surely 2 weeks is enough time to get this relatively small tree removed.

Its bad enough that this construction project has taken out the sidewalk for more than a year. But now they've dug a big chunk out of the street. This is causing traffic issues as people slow to avoid the pothole. Or, hit it hard when they don't see it.

Shouldn't the contractor be required to at least do a better temporary repair?

This PGW repair has settled and is getting worse fast. Cars are bottoming out.

Looks like a water main break. I called PWD but was told they'd call me back within 24 hrs (!). Thought I'd leave it here also.

I didn't see any recycling containers where I was in terminal F. I remember this from a previous trip too. Frustrating that in a very public place like this we don't support recycling. Is there a policy against them? Every other airport I've been in had them.

2 lights are out in Schuylkill Park and it's pretty dark.

How can you close a sidewalk and force pedestrians onto a busy street.

These garbage and recycling cans were put out for a street event and never removed. People keep using them but I don't think garbage & recycling trucks are picking them up.

This looks like a large antenna has fallen off it's support. Looks dangerous.

Looks like it was stolen and abandoned. Been here for a few weeks

This erosion looks like it's going to give way soon.

This sidewalk has been languishing for about 2.5 years now. It is an eyesore and difficult to shovel. At some point it will become dangerous to walk over.

Looks like the grounding for a PECO transformer is broken.

Looks like hydrant was run over and is leaking profusely.

Hole looks like it could give way to a much larger hole soon.
