Description

The rats are particularly large and numerous even in the early evening hours in and around the square. They are very bold and even with numerous people and dogs around they are sauntering and cavorting right around people's feet!! There are always rats in the park at night but it is noticeably bad lately - also there are huge rat burrows dug all over around the edges of the park, sometimes a huge pile of dirt on the sidewalk next to a new burrow in the morning.
